应该以什么思维方式和心态来对待我们的软件设计和工作方式

昨天在INFOQ上看了一篇文章，很受启发，和大家分享一下。

“——深感有责任欢迎不同的声音，并且当质疑之声受到抵制的时候要勇于挺身而出。只有以开放的心态质 疑我们的工作方式，我们才能真正地学习和进步。不管我们是个人、是团队还是社区，这都确切无疑。这是一个突出的例子，但是每天我在社区中都会看到许多这样 的例子，通过扣帽子，新的观点被抵制和打压，而不是真正地去解决问题。”

以开放的心态质疑我们的工作方式，也包括我们的设计成果，这样我们会收获更优良的解决方案。

同时，不要对任何教条迷信。对于任何规则的使用，都要记住：没有绝对的真理，也没有绝对的谬论。绝对的真理让我们盲从，绝对的谬论让我们偏执。

要具体情况具体分析，这才是设计的灵魂。就像《代码大全》中的一段话：

P.J. Plauger：“你在应用某种设计方法的时候越教条化，你所能解决的现实问题就会越少。请把设计看出是一个险恶的，杂乱的和启发式的过程（没有教条化的规则可以遵循，能够巧好解决现实问题的方案才是最佳的方案）。不要停留于你所想到的第一套方案，而是去寻求合作，探求简洁性，在需要的时候做出原型，迭代，并进一步迭代。你将对你的设计成果感到满意。”
